Having visited that May Company since 1964 as a two-year-old with my mother, my pediatrician in a medical building just to the west, and lunching at Johnny's across the street, this area has a very dear place in my heart. THANK YOU to the LA Conservancy for rescuing our beloved building. And thank you to the Motion Picture Academy for creating a phoenix moment for that structure with a new purpose and an even greater connection to our community. The physical and metaphorical bridge between the Life Star and the renewed structure is not lost on us. Now, if we could bring back Johnny's and Callenders. Notwithstanding the drumbeat of change, we'll Always Love L.A.

The EDN (Eviction Defense Network) did everything BUT defend me and my best friend from being evicted! Elena Pop, who is founder or co-founder of EDN is the most impatient and UNhelpful representatives at that organization. The entire experience was a HELLISH NIGHTMARE! Do your research. That place is NOT EVEN the LAST place to go to if you need help with housing issues like eviction or anything else regarding housing. Erin, if you are proud of having worked at EDN is a REAL PROBLEM for me. I would not trust you to handle housing issues in District 11.

Yo Nithya. David's attack ads against you are deceptive. That's bad. Turn your RUclips comments on. Also, clean. the. fucking. streets. Take. The. Fucking. Homeless. Encampments. Away. TO-FUCKING-DAY. The political inaction and corruption makes me want to fucking vomit. "OMG WE'RE MAKIN AN IDEALISTIC PROGRAM WHERE EACH HOMELESS PERSON GETS A 1 million dollar condo in hollywood and a fuckin prevention program" blah blah fucking blah. Don't waste my fucking tax money. LA is an expensive palace. If you can't afford to live here. We're not building housing for you. I want nothing more than human decency and help and everything for these people but go the fuck somewhere else that isn't the most expensive place to live ever. Dude how much does it cost to live literally anywhere else? Our politicians are braindead because they're afraid to physically move a person. Check out a city like Austin. There's a motherfucking balance to letting shit fester and running a city. Los Angeles and its politicians are fucking puke. I voted for you Nithya because Ryu has let the cesspool fester but honestly I expect nothing from you. Clean up the fucking shit now. Not tomorrow. Not "oh we have to invest 10 million in figuring out how to get them condos." Clean it the fuck up, move them to fucking cheap ass Northern California or some shit. Living in LA is a fucking privilege. A goddam expensive privilege. Export them. It's not NIMBYism. it's common sense. It's not inhumane. It's common sense. LA politicians that let it fester are worthless bile with false facial expressions. I expect nothing. Give me a better candidate.
